Biography
Daniel Sachs Goldman (born February 26, 1976) is an American politician and lawyer serving as the U.S. representative for New York's 10th congressional district since 2023. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Goldman was first elected to Congress in 2022. In 2019, he served as lead majority counsel in the first impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump, and lead counsel to House Managers in Trump's impeachment trial. He was reelected in 2024. In 2026, Goldman lost re-nomination in the Democratic primary to former New York City Comptroller Brad Lander.
