Russell William Fry (born January 31, 1985) is an American politician and lawyer serving as the U.S. representative for South Carolina's 7th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, Fry represented the 106th District in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2015 to 2023. In 2018, he was appointed to the position of Majority Chief Whip for the 122nd South Carolina General Assembly.
