Jennifer Ann Kiggans (née Moore; born June 18, 1971) is an American politician, former United States Navy helicopter pilot, and geriatric nurse practitioner serving as the U.S. representative for Virginia's 2nd congressional district since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, she previously served in the Virginia Senate from 2020 to 2022. Kiggans was first elected to the House in 2022, defeating Democratic incumbent Elaine Luria. She was re-elected in 2024. A moderate Republican, she is a member of the Republican Governance Group.
